You're probably in the wrong world. Make sure you're in Legacy before checking /rg info Type '/warp ls' to go there. As for the money, that's gone forever. See this page for more info.

He meant Legacy world. Which the correct warp for is /warp ls Then do /rg i islandville to see your town I looked for your town ingame this morning, it still exists. You can more than likely ask a staff member ingame to relocate you to the town.
