My New Signature!

lol I don't compete, and besides, mine were the original.

Also he does a good job, kudos to him! I'm too busy to continue my own banner work, I may close down soon anyways.

 

Signatures are a form of art. You can't really call your signatures the originals cause that would be like calling it the "original art". I don't see Picaso telling van Gogh that his paintings were the originals. Though some of your ideas may be similar, unless copied, one cannot call one the original and they other the copy.

Nevertheless they are great and it is nice to see others having a go at making signatures on ECC.

 

I am referring to the transparent banner style with art text, I started that on this forum... Not the actual bannerwork itself. He even asked me if he could copy the style for his own banner business before setting out to start it, which imo was very humble and polite of him to do so. ^.^

In fact lots of people have been asking me how I make them, asking me to teach them the style and what programs I use. I don't mind sharing, and I always tell them what I use to make my own banners.

And I agree, it's nice to see others making banners. I am closing my banner services soon, so it's good to know there's still others who are willing to continue doing this service for others. ^.^

 

Ah, okay. I miss interpreted your words and it was my mistake for jumping to conclusion.

Mainly work IRL and Mod duties in-game/on forum. I barely have time for banners. One banner takes me 2-3 hours to complete, and lately I have been far behind on my current waitlist (some have been waiting over a month). Which reminds me I need to finish some banners tonight lol... It's just really difficult managing time when making these banners, I am a perfectionist, I spend at least 1 hour just switching through and between font text to find the perfect one lol. That's why I have to close it down.

I'll probably do some private banners for close friends/staff, but that's about it. Anyways enough of my banners, I see OnSceneReporter has picked up the style very fast and is doing a great job!

 

I can't wait for mine anny! Also, if you close, will you still change ones you've already made?
