I think andrew was paypal frauded recently, that may be the problem if you bought it from another user.
Hey Avo, I understand that is the risk, however, surely there is a notification made to users that have features removed. Please tell me yes.
I believe the "Notification" that is given is you will get a buycraft message when you log in/are logged in when the feature is removed. The notification is just like when buying features, however you lose the feature instead. I know this from the one time this has happened to me, and I thought I got a feature and instead it was the notice of a change, which was a removal

Really? That's quite harsh, glad to see ECC not banning innocents. I don't understand why some servers would ban people who had nothing to do with the paypal fraud :/ Thanks for running ECC so well Andrew and bringing ECC to what it is today
Thats like being scammed 75k... Thats legit nothing this is gunna sound harsh but just suck it up and make the money back. You learned a lesson about trusting people and u only lost 75k its not that bad. One of my friends bought investigator and had it charged back that would suck quite a bit so be glad you didnt get scammed outa more and move on.
If you buy from a user that buys donation features using bitcoin, they aren't able to chargeback later on. *raises hand*
Ahh, thanks for explaining - Question though how do you lose the PayPal disputes? They're essentially stealing money from you, as the TOS states you provide no refunds for donations and such. I know 5% is a small number, but it's still remarkable how you don't win every single case as you clearly state no refunds.
Nah, wasn't 75k. When I got it I bought it for a more than that. I just have 435k due soon so I better stop yapping and get to getting my money. In the future, I'm going to try getting coupons and in that way, I know that I can get the feature myself without having to actually hope that nothing like this happens again. I'm going to probably just buy myself kit ccpp back probably. I dunno for sure yet though, might just work itself out in the future. Most likely going to purchase a coupon code from somebody in the future who actually voted or won from some sort of event from server to get it.
Also, quick question, what's bitcoin? I've been on here for 2 years but still have no clue what it is xD. Sorry, I'm still a pretty bit noob ; P
