My account got hacked by someone who was my friend, and we got into a fight and he changed my MC password and I have no clue what to do, please help me!

No. Reset your password using the mojang password change (https://account.mojang.com/resetpassword/request) then check your email. Then after that don't tell anyone your password
A tip for the future: Never give your password out to anyone, not even those you most trust. If for some reason they need to use your account, be sure to change your password immediately after they're done. (Might want to even change it before doing so if it's similar to other passwords you might use: I.E, the password to your forum account here, or an e-mail.) You never know what even some of the most trustworthy people might do with it. It's reasons like these that I'm very careful about the information I give out online. My gender, age, and state is already a lot, thus why I'm giving out only a very little bit more on rare occasions, even to the people I know best. Nobody knows my password, and I don't plan on ever telling anyone it. Personally, since I haven't had my account hacked or stolen before, I don't actually know what to do in that situation. When it's all resolved, though, there is what I said above.
