My town is designed for the poor people in ECC. Nothing in the town cost an unreasonable amount. Plots - 10x10 cost $500 15x15 cost $1125 20x20 cost $2000 Store- $500 a month I want to see people make money and be able to build their towns, people can stay in my town as long as they're builder/resident and they can work to gain money to become a mayor and leave my town. all members get free fly/extra creations/water/tp services (to an extent) Any questions please pm me ingame or come visit my town to read rules and look around portal is 8th floor first row -Mustangf- or MFGate Warp is /warp mustangfarms (if you have tp)
if possible i wld love to become the co-mayor of this town. while most people would think that a town that sells 10x10 plots for only $500 may think will not make any money. but i disagree, there are so many builders on eco city that are struggling to make that first 1k for just a small home, so many builders will be coming to your town for their first home. i could even put a loan system in place so that any builder with even $0 can work on one of our farms, and get payed with a plot in mustang farms. i am currently waiting for my resident application to go through, it shld be done by tomorrow or the next day. if u dont have co-mayor position open id love to work in another management position.
