General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure to safety of both users in the purchase of the donation feature multi home for 130,000 by @legotom001 . 35,000 down payment and 95,000 over the next week.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 agree to purchase @legotom001 the donation feature multi home after he pays me a 35,000 down payment.
I @bobman3355 with purchase the donation feature within 12 hours of the contract being approved.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@legotom001 must pay @bobman3355 a 35,000 down payment before the donation feature is purchased.
@legotom001 must pay @bobman3355 the remaining 95,000 by sunday 9/27/15
@legotom001 must pay a 5,000 fine for every day the payment of 95,000 is late starting with the first 5,000 fine if he fails to pay the 95,000 on 9/27/15. These late fees will stop after 1 month.
@legotom001 will give @bobman3355 his un breaking 3 lure 3 fishing rod and max pick axe if he fails to pay the 95,000 plus late fees by 10/4/15.
@legotom001 will provide screen shots of the tools codes from him /owning them bellow.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
