General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe sale of an msword by @bobman3355 and the safe purchase of and msword by @ze7707. The item id of the msword is #IAYSAZLP

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 agree to make 1 trade sign for every week (8) in @ze7707's town so he can pay off the msword The signs will be placed around /warp dirtvillage @bobman3355 will do this within 30 minutes of the contract is approved. @bobman3355 will also give @ze7707 the msword within half hour of the contract being approved if @ze7707 is online at that time.
I @bobman3355 agree to transfer the /own of the msword to @ze7707 as soon as i have collected the final payment.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ze7707 must agree to pay me @bobman3355 $200,000 every week for 7 weeks and $100,000 for 1 week This amount totals 1.5 million. The money will be paid to signs @bobman3355 will place in @ze7707's town. The first payment will be due on november 20th the second on november 27th the third payment on december 4th the 4th payment on december 11th the 5th payment on december 18th the 6th payment on december 25th the 7th payment on january 1st the 8th payment on january 8th.
@ze7707 must agree to pay me @bobman3355 $10,000 in late fees for every day a payment is late. A payment will be considered late at 12:00 (midnight) EST. These late fees will go for 2 months. There also may be late fees on more than one payment at once if @ze7707 is late by that much. An example of this would be if if @ze7707 is late on his payment due on november 20th and this goes by for 1 week and he still has not paid the $200,000 that is due on november 20th then he will also be late on his payment due november 27th and so he will be receiving late fees on both payments. This all being said at any point in time @ze7707 can terminate the contract and return the msword to @bobman3355 to do this he must pay a $125,000 fee as well as finish the payment for the week he canceled it on plus any late fees this of course can only be done if @ze7707 has the msword in his possession (meaning he has not broken, lot or had it stolen).
@ze7707 must agree to pay all late fees before paying the amount that is due for that week.
@ze7707 must agree to give @bobman3355 back the msword if @bobman3355 wants it back if a payment is 1 week late because at this point it may be assumed @ze7707 has scammed @bobman3355. If the msword is returned because a payment is 1 week late and @bobman3355 wanted the msword back @ze7707 must finish all payments due up to and including the day the msword was returned. This includes all late fees.
@ze7707 must agree to continue paying me the total of 1.5 million plus potential late fees even if his msword is lost, stolen or broken.
@ze7707 must agree that after this contract is approved he is obligated to go through will the deal and may not cancel it for any reason.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
