A late fee of 10k per day will be charged for up to 1 week after the due date. If the full sum still has not been received by May 23rd 2020 @BobbyBlack may reclaim tool #K8VYVG90. @Sheepn Will pay weekly payments of 250k. First Due Date is April 18th 2020 (and every week after for 5 weeks totalling $1,250,000 ECD) A debt chest will be set up at the coords: X: -4486 Y: 69 Z: 6570 with 5 payments of 250k each for @Sheepn to pay weekly. However if the contract is breached and the tool can not be returned to @BobbyBlack for whatever reason, the remaining balance is still expected to be paid. I @Sheepn agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.
