It's main feature is it's plots but it also includes prebuilts and shop plots as well as several other town features in the near future. This underwater town is a growing town meaning that you'll get to watch the town expand as you live in the town. Did I mention it was underwater? What are the prices? Plots 9x9-1000 10x10-1500 12x12-3000 15x15-3500 25x25- 5000 Prebuilts(only one atm) 15k Shops 1-5k depending on how close to the portal. Are there any town member perks? Absolutely! Town members get a 50% discount to the neighboring town of "HuzzahFarms". This means that you can purchase perms to this 200x200 all-crop farm for only 2.5k! To get to the town, you need to go to the "Towns" portal at spawn and go to floor 5. From there you'll need to find the sandstone corner (look at the ceiling and floor around you until see a sandstone corner). Now you'll need to look for the Lapis row. In this row, you will need to look for a portal marked by a sign that says "MrCoolCity".
