Koji like...just got back, and had to go through all...like...20 news and announcement posts, and still might have missed some stuff. So, instead of going through all 20 posts, and possibly not being aware of something not mentioned there, we could make a monthly post about all the things worth noting, such as events, and all the things in the news and announcement pages, as well as things like new stores and other things in ecocity. Koji said he just went through the news and announcements because he would look at the other stuff later when he had time, but if you put a new stores post in ecocity sub-forums, he would have missed it. And another thing is, it's much easier to look through one organized post rather than 20 news and announcements after a month long vacation. (And yes Koji, I know your time away wasn't that long, it was an example) I'm not saying you should stop making news and announcement posts either, just suggesting to make an organized thing for people who have been gone a while, or need a refresher on what's happened. And for all I care, something like this could go in the wiki, or something like that, I don't know all your plans yet for the wiki :/
Newsletter is pretty much what you are asking for. :b Monthly newsletter thing. Could get some good writer from the server to write it, with Andrew's guidance.
