Maybe you're trying to get out of a tighter loan, or trying to raise your overall trust. Well, if that's the case, then you've come to the right place! Here at Monkey'z Crazy Loanz, you don't have to worry about a thing! If you can make at least $1,000 a day, you can apply yourself for one of the easiest loan systems out there! Residential Loans If you're a builder, and want to rise in ranks quickly, you can apply yourself for a Residential Loan. These are $15,000 loans that come with a simple payoff rate of $1,000 a day. You'll have 20 days to pay off a total of $20,000, so be sure to keep your income coming! *note* Builders only. Extra World Loans Extra World Loans are $20,000 loaned to you with a promised return of $25,000, with a payoff rate of $1,000 a day. You will have 25 days to return with the expected amount, and you have yourself an amazing new world to use. Your Basic, Average Loans So, you're here for a loan, right? Well, a couple of things are required before you take out a loan. - You must have a daily income of $1,000, minimum. - You can only take out 1.5% as much as you've paid to the server (no, lotto addicts, lotto doesn't count.) i.e: > Ranks > Town features (links to applications MUST be provided) > Server Donation Features (at a rate of $1,000/USD)- (Recommended, but not required) A link or two to successful loan transactions. - No going on unverified absences longer than 3 days. Please inform me in some way, shape, or form before you leave. I do understand that school has started back up, so some players might not have a bigger time frame to do things. So please understand that I am very.. understanding.. if you will.I would also like to ask that no loan requests of $1,000,000+ be taken out, ever. I do not ever plan on having this large amount of money scammed, and these high of loans will only be given to VERY trusted players, not even players that I have befriended on the server would be allowed to take these out unless I was very sure they could return it. If you are requesting to take out a loan greater than 50,000, you might be required to sign a contract. (Anything over 75,000 will be required to have a contract signed). Based off of your average income, and what you think you can pay off in a certain amount of time, I will give you a loan with an instructed return amount and time. Should you ever be late with these loan amounts, I will have an extra day, plus 2k, for every day you think you'll need longer. If at the end of this time you have failed to pay off the loan, I will be forced to file a complaint. I will be as lenient as possible with everything, so don't think I'm out to get everyone banned. That is the complete opposite of what I'm aiming for. The purpose of my loans is to give users an affordable, easy payoff with a good timeframe to work in, to prevent the user from being banned. I won't have 45k for about 10-14 days. If you're willing to wait that long, that'd be fantastic. But if you don't/can't, it's completely understandable.
One target with my loans is people who are getting out of a tight debt, and into a more flexible one.
