There is almost always a mod online though. Supermods should retain the ability to unban but not be the only ones with the ability to log block. Supermods aren't supposed to check grief "live" they can only check griefs when a grief report is made.
Thing with Purrguin earlier wasn't even grief... Stealing from chests isn't grief; it's stealing. And Kuke is right - we are not supposed to or allowed to check grief on the spot. Grief is only checked when threads are made. This goes for LWC removals, too. (I wish people would realize this... =.=) I've thought about bringing this up to Andrew before. However, grief doesn't seem to happen as much as LWC; people are complaining about LWC more often. Having more people able to check grief would be nice, but it would also be handy if you didn't let every builder you meet into your towns... At least not when you don't know them. :b
