Boltcity and Sandiego and two towns that I own. I have just recently finished them and now are ready for new residents! There are a lot of perks to joining the community, many cool free features too! It is a great community always accepting new members and would for you to join!
~~Rules~~
1. No Greifing. Any griefers caught will be banned from city with no refund.
2. Stay within building boundaries.
3. No Stealing
4. No [Excesive] Swearing. Try to keep the language to a minimum please.
5. No Mining in the town.
6. If a member goes inactive for more than 7 days, I will remove the player with no refund. If you are going on vacation or need to take care of serious business, please contact me before leaving, your plot will be safe.
7. No disrespecting other members. Keep the community nice and friendly.
~~Building Rules~~
1. For members with 10x10 or 15x15 plots you may only build up 20 blocks and dig down 10 blocks. If this limit is exceeded, you will be given 48 hours to fix. If not fixed by then, you will be remove with no refund.
2. For member with 30x30 plots and up, you may only build up 50 blocks and dig down 10 blocks. Same rules apply as 10x10 and 15x15.
*Note on digging down* Only members in Bolt City may dig down, members in San Diego, if you do it will be considered because there are underground farms.
3. On 30x30-45x45 you may only build farms. No houses, castles, etc. Only a farm. PM on the forums or in-game if you have questions regarding this.
4. No cobblestone or dirt homes or farms. Use variation.
5. Boltcity and Sandiego do have building standards. You may only build homes or farms out of: All types of wood, glowstone, glass, sandstone, fence, stone, wooden steps/half slabs. If you build something while not using these items, you will have 48 hours to remove. If not fixed, then you will be remove with no refund. If you have any questions or concerns about whether or not you may build with an item, please contact via forums or via in-game.
