Greetings, I like to request or toss the idea around of selling mob eggs. The current mining world allows users to buy Villager eggs; why not other mobs? I'm mostly interested in this feature being enabled for the Aether, but the mining world could use it as well. To prevent these items from being used abusively, they prices could be easily set to a higher amount. Perhaps 5k or 10k for a sheep, pig, or cow egg. Thanks for your consideration...
I like the idea especially foe Aether mobs but maybe not 5-10k. Lag could be an issue as well. It would be a shame if a massive butcher killed all your animals.
I don't think that the admins butcher animals anymore. This may have changed with the recent massive updates, but admins have said that they can't or don't have the ability anymore (couple weeks ago).
But, one problem: when a skeleton kills a creeper, it drops a music disk, which would add many music disks over time from so many people wanting them, therefore lowering the price of music disks...
First it could be just friendly mobs so no problem with the creeper and skeleton thing, and second this would only work if /butcher was never used in aether or mining or nether, as all 3 have mobs already i don't see why not, and it would tke money out the economy.
uh, music disks are already basically worthless, cat is worth about 1k, most of the others are around 5k
I've seen a plugin where you can throw an egg at a mob and it gets you the mob egg for it. Maybe it could be a donation feature? I think the plugin is called something like mob catcher.
