Mob culling gone bat#$%@ insane!

    passive mobs disappear on a frequent basis. that, at least, I can understand to a degree, but I have to file a complaint against ECC. I had 27 dogs, and i spent a lot of time and resources to get them. I came back to my locked citadel in a protected town, where you need to open several (locked) doors to get in, and i come back to my home, and none of them are there. I can put up with the no mobs in wild, and other things, but the dog culling randomly has gone too far. I am kinda sick of the mob cuts, but I can understand why. this has basically been ECC's main flaw. the mob restrictions. I will politely request that my dogs (all 27 of them) be returned to existence in my protected area.

    if you could do something about the mobs in flagged towns, that would be great.

    Mobs cause an insane amount of lag; we have to keep butchering them so that the server stays playable and lag-free. Flags and mobs being disabled are keeping lag down, but even with passive mobs, we are getting a lot of lag. We can't really help it, nor can we refund animals. :/

    Refunding the mobs would be pointless, they would just disappear again. There is absolutely nothing that can be done about it either. If mobs were something that could be fixed easily, they'd be fixed by now.

    No matter how many complaints are made about it, turning hostile mobs back on and not butchering the animals will just be an even worse experience for everybody. Until mobs are stable again they will not be added back.
