As you can see, blank notification in between. Not sure why this is. @EMD3000 Can't be bothered filling out format as it is a forum bug. Evidence is above, not sure how we can recreate this bug as I have only seen it happen once (just now). Possibly an accidental notification, such as liking a status then un-liking it? That's a guess.

I'll just slide in here and use this to report what I gotta report as they are similar. For the last week or so (longer I'm sure, but I just now noticed), whenever someone tags my name in a post, on a profile, etc... I do not get an alert. I've checked my settings and everything looks like it's set right so I should get the alerts. Could it be the Tag Me add on? I know it's been causing this issue with the group tagging. Might be interfering with tagging single members? P.S. Unlike what Obble was getting, basically a blank alert. I get no alert at all when my name is tagged.
Thing is, it's not 'every now and then' for me. I never get notified when my name is tagged. I do when people like my posts or when someone quotes me, but not when I'm mentioned and my personal settings is set to notify me when I'm mentioned. If other people never get notified then people miss important things like complaints, eviction notices, etc.
Oh I've seen quite of bit of this before a while back, maybe about 2-3 months ago but i took no recognition to it as I thought it was something that generally happens when you get several alerts.
It's a known issue with an add on confliction. Not willing to fix right now as the add on is needed for something else we use. We may manually fix this in the future as the add ons developer is MIA.
