Hello ECC, I am wondering if I am making the proper amount of $mulah$ with my mining. - I use an eff7 pickaxe -I go crazy when mining on Y:11 (Meaning I scatter mine, I don't use the branching system) Here is my first mining trip using the eff7 pickaxe. Am I making the right amount of profits? Should I be mining using the branch system? Any other helpful tips for maximizing profit?
Why are you only getting 3 minerals per lapis/redstone ore? If you break redstone ore with fortune3, you get almost 6 dust per ore. If you break lapis ore with fortune3, you get about 14 lapis per ore.
Here are some of my results for you to compare to: 30 min mining, 5 min ore breaking: 61 D-ore, 43 L-Ore, 423 R-Ore, 25 C-Ore, 91 G-Ore, 336 I-Ore 15 min mining, 2 min ore breaking: 12 D-Ore, 20 L-Ore, 203 R-Ore, 24 C-Ore, 18 G-Ore, 173 I-Ore 30 min mining, 5 min ore breaking: 50 D-Ore, 49 L-Ore, 425 R-Ore, 51 C-Ore, 89 G-Ore, 334 I-Ore
I just mine Level 11 straight and when I find lava, use my water and diamond pick them BAM extra monies, lastly I Clear out and gravel or dirt I find, cause I might find those diamonds
