Mini Map???

    Ok, I dont know a lot about mods or skins, and I have a quick question. I always see those mini maps on peoples screens, like an Ariel view from the world above... I REALLY want one, and I want to know:
    1) is it legal in ECC?
    2)Is it a skin pack or mod?
    3)which skin pack or mod is best?
