Minecraft crashes upon switching to fullscreen

    In my Minecraft, when I try to set to fullscreen, it crashed and displayed the log:

    Does anyone have knowledge about it?

    MODEL: Sony Vaio VGN-NW270F
    CPU: Intel Core 2 duo T6600 (2.2 GHz) (2 logical cores)
    Memory: 4GB DDR2, 320GB HDD
    GPU: Intel GMA 4500MHD (128MB)
    Display: 15.5" LCD display (1366 x 768)
    ODD: Pioneer BD-ROM drive
    OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)

    No he's not. He's using an Intel HD GPU.


    You need to update your Intel Graphics drivers.

    You mean I will update my GPU which is Intel GMA?

    You need to try to find the drivers for it.

    Issue is I did a quick search and I can't seem to find any drivers. The GM series looks to be discontinued long ago.

    Edit: Actually, looking at your specs, your laptop doesn't meet the requirements for Minecraft (your GPU is pre Intel HD series). This is probably just be an issue with the GPU failing to be able to run it.

    This issue did not happen in my Asus laptop and desktop.
    Asus laptop specs:
    -Intel Core i7 3610QM (2.3 GHz) (6M)
    -Windows 10 Pro (x64)
    -4GB DDR3, 750GB HDD
    -NVIDIA GeForce 610M 2GB
    -15.6" LED screen (1366×768)

    Asus desktop:
    -Intel Xeon X3220 (2.4 GHz) (8M)
    -Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)
    -2GB DDR2, 1TB HDD
    -NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT 1GB DDR2
    -32" LCD monitor (1920×1080)

    That's because both of those have GPUs that aren't cheap and 7 years old.

    That means, Intel GMA graphics card won't work with fullscreen mode of Minecraft unlike the above?

    Yes. They're outdated and don't support newer technologies.

    That means, Minecraft works with it only if it is non-fullscreen mode.
