IGN: jvhosmuffin Users Involved in this Contract: twinsfan5, minecrafter0702, General Purpose of Contract: For twinsfan5 and minecrafter0702, the current owners of the town of metropolis, to sell the entire and sole ownership of the town of metropolis to jvhosmuffin, for $55,000 to twinsfan and $10,000 to minecrafter0702, and for twinsfan5 to lose ownership of tatertown I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will pay twinsfan5 $55,000 and he will add me as an owner of the town of Metropolis. I will also pay minecrafter0702 $10,000. Then, I will remove both of them as owners of the town of Metropolis, and I will be the only owner. However, minecrafter will have 7 days to remove anything from the town, including his locked chests and anything else in the town that he needs. During this time, he will remain a member of the town, but not an owner. Also, during this time, I may be renovating the town. He is not to touch any of my renovations, he is just allowed to remove his chests and his house(s) if he wants to. At the end of the 7 days, he will be removed as a member, and I will file and lwc removal for any of his locked chests that I find left in the town. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: twinsfan5 is the current "owner" of the town of metropolis, and he will agree to add me as an owner of the town of metropolis as soon as I pay him $55,000. Also, neither he nor minecrafter0702 will remove the town spawn portal currently located and active in the town. Removal of portal will result in breach of contract. minecrafter0702 is also a current owner of the town, and I will remove him from owner and make him a member instead as soon as I pay him $10,000 and twinsfan5 has added me as an owner. Also, neither he nor twinsfan5 will remove the town spawn portal currently located and active in the town. Removal of portal will result in breach of contract. Also, minecrafter0702 will be removing twinsfan5 as owner of the town of tatertown. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
Edit that only concerns minecrafter0702: I will keep a clear path to tatertown from metropolis, a neighboring town, in some way shape or form, as long as I am owner of the town of metropolis. This will be the current tunnel for now, but I may change it in the future to be some other clearly defined pathway
