Item/Rank/Feature: Melon (block) Data Value: 103 Current Price: $2 Suggested Price: $2.50 Brief Description: Most easily obtained with a Melon Sword Open Discussion: I believe that melons should increase by $.50 each because pickaxes no longer work on melons and since a melon sword costs upwards of $350k, owners of the melon swords should be able to make faster money from melons. This is only for melon blocks.
+1 Melon swords are very expensive and hard to get hold off as so many people want them, making 1000 nether stars hard to get. Recently the price of melon swords have gone up to around 350k from 300k. I would like to see this happen though the likelihood it that it won't. Though I still support it.
-1, The fact that you can make nearly 20k an hour, is already quite OP. That's at $2, if it was at $2.50 it would be ridiculous.
We make the rich, even richer. This is a hardcore economy server and just because you waste 350k on stars, doesnt mean you raise melon prices to help you out more.This is the first suggestion made on raising prices on melons especially when those with melon swords already make more than most other crops. -1.
350k is nothing compared to how much you can make with a melonsword. 18k an hour is already insane, and you're trying to turn that into 22.5k, it won't ever happen.
$2 each is a lot. I see what you are getting at but I doubt it would happen. For the rich people, they cen get a melon sword easy. And yes making 18k an hour is good. But the 350k invested you are going to want to be able to make a little more. This would be nice to see, but like I said, more then likely will not happen. All we can do is hope they go up, but Kuke also has a point.
Like kuke and killer said, 18k an hour is enough, I myself own a melon sword and make enough money, plus, if melons were raised to $2.50, there would be some major inflation.
Meaning it does take lots of money getting the sword, it would be nice to see them raised. But it would be nice to see all crop prices to go up, but, of course, its not going to just happen that way. :/
It's only 18k/hr if you have... - Extracommands+ - No Lag - No restarts For the rest of the ECC community it's more around 12-14k
i know how to make 20.5k and hour at the current price, if this was 50c more thats like an extra 5k per hour, that is so OP... also 350k isnt really a lot. :|
I don't believe we should be raising the price of melons. I do farm melons, I do own a melon sword and I think the price is just right.
