IGN:voiD_yOUsers Involved in this Contract:dwite12General Purpose of Contract:To make a safe trade, and to provide proof of renting.I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:I will rent my melon sword to dwite12 for 24 hour and he will pay 30k .The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:dwite12will pay $30k for 24 hour of using the sword and will return the sword upon my request. dwite12 will pay me 30k after the time has finished. If the sword is lost or broken, he/she will pay me 375k and he/she will pay this sum within 2 weeks. As this contract is for a large period of time, I will allow 1 hours time for dwite12to come online after the 24 hour period has ended. However if for some reason I am not online, then I take responsibility for this and dwite12 is allowed to use the sword until I return. If dwite12 does not pay the 30k after the time has ended, he will have breached the contract.I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
