General Purpose of Contract:​

To ensure the safety of my melon sword​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

I promise to leave my melon sword in the modified chest at the coords listed below so we can both share the sword whenever we want.​

To defer to me when i ask for the sword, whenever, and regardless of the situation that he is in. Also, to give me co-mayor of his 2nd town whenever he gets president. If the sword is broken, he will also owe me the value of a diamond sword with silk touch 1, unbr 3, and eff 5 Sword, 1000 nstars, or 400k) Also, rentals will not be given out without my permission.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
