I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: The melon sword when unused must be kept in a locked chest in void_yo's town, voidville. It must never be rent to a third party and it is to be repaired before returned. For every time me or youlouigi use it we will have to pay void_yo 3k. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: They need to agree to all the things mentioned above.
