I think I know a fix for mctop because on another server with 300 people had mctop no issue whatsoever althogh they had a delay to how far apart you could do mctop. So if we made it so you could only do mctop every 1 or so because you dont need to do it every 5 seconds. By making it every hour the server would not crash from it.
