Detected by Illinifan when a player Rclocks on a Stone Block with seeds in their hand the "Green Thumb" activates and steals a seed as if it was planted.
I believe doing that has a chance to turn it into mossy stone blocks/bricks/whatever. Not always 100%, unless (I assume) you have a lot of Herbalism. Don't think it is a bug, unless it never worked before or Andrew disabled Green Thumb. o.o
if you right click with a hoe in your hand and seeds in your inv you will get the bricks or cooble so yes it is disabled
