Minecraft Username: Billy007Bob Brief Description: so this has been happening for quite some time ( about a week or two) and the damage that fists/ bows and maybe others, go right through armour enchantments and stuff like that. Riku1301 found out the archery this because it can 1 shot prot 4. Wpooney partyman909 both helped in finding this out Instructions: Go into a pvp area and just hit guys in pvp ( with bows or fists) How many times did you recreate this bug?: A lot of times because I just got around to reporting it and school just started for me too. Result: you do about 1 heart or sometimes half a heart with each hit with your fist to prot 4, 1 shot prot 4 guys with 1000 archery. Expected Result:fists to do next to nothing and bows to do about 2.5 hearts per full power shot. Evidence: Sadly none but on Sept. 3rd @ajp/ @jakey both saw this because me as well as about 5 noobs hit them and they saw tha damage it can do. With the bow, riku hasn't gotten on so he can't show them what it can do.
If I could get riku to get on he would tell you, they changed archery down so that it does 2.5 hearts per full drawn shot but after this happened he was 1 shotting guys in prot 4 :|
The way mcmmo is right now damage upgrades such as in archery and unarmed bypass armour. This is not a designed feature to my understanding.
