I'm not someone who works much on the Archery Mcmmo Skill, but I believe only regular arrows are supposed to work with Mcmmo. Though, I am not exactly sure as I said above I don't work on Archery. It also could be something to do with all arrows from 1.9, Spectral, poison, weakness, healing, etc. Did you try those to see if they work?
