Both towns have portals and are flat towns upon water. Both are in okay shape, Matrix features a 100x20, 2 floor pumpkin farm and a small farm under the portal. There is some quartz that can be demolished for money, not sure the exact value. CampusTown has a portal underground with a brick town hall and a stone mansion.

 

I am selling each book for around 5k each but is negotiable.
