Hey guys, so while watching youtube videos I found a skin that I really want, but I can't find it anywhere. So I'm going to pay to have someone make it for me! (cuz I'm a nub and skin editors hate me) The pictures will be below. I'd really like the skin to exactly match the picks in pattern/coloring, and I'd love the eyes to be the same as well. Post down below if you're interested. Even though my budgets tight I'm sure we can work out a deal. IDK what skins go for, so my budget for right now is about 10k. (also, I'm gonna tag you @pokemon9508 cuz your amazing at making skins )

If U find out the person username u can search there name up on skin finder and it will give u a download to there skin
@Agupaw as it was an animation, there were no nametags. I also looked in the description, and no usernames were mentioned, hence this request
I can do this, it would just take me ages Problem with some things such as the eyes due to the way it has been edited.
