When I become a mayor, can I sell my mayor town and make another town? Someone please explain to me if not then why not and how could I get another town when I sell that first town. Thx
In your application for Mayor, you put down info that the staff use to create a claimed area for you. This is the only town you get your own town as a mayor. You get a second town as President, same way you got your Mayor town. And then, unless they changed this, you can now apply for additional town claims, which cost increasingly more each time. You could, however, if you sell your Mayor town, buy a different town from someone else. The only disadvantage from this, is you can't apply for any town features, such as portals, warps, healing signs, etc. Only the original town owner can apply for these things.
