IGN: @Joliver Users Involved in this Contract: @Someb0dy General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the creation of the town of 'ExpoWest' through the user @Someb0dy , and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of 'ExpoWest' in the world of Rising from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @Someb0dy to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @Joliver . Furthermore, this contract will act as the official required contract needed for a town claim through the tycoon+ claim system, or the server town-transfer system, or other town features if needed. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @Joliver , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. As payment, I will give @Someb0dy $85,000 ECD within 24 hours upon the approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1. I, @Someb0dy , agree to add the user '@Joliver' as technical owner to the town of 'ExpoWest' upon the acceptance of my mayor application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it. 2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system or act as approval for any town feature. 3. I will use the aforementioned $85,000 the user @Joliver gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'ExpoWest' can be created. The Mayor Application will be posted within 24 hours of receiving the $85,000. 3. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the claiming of a town through the server's town-claim process for tycoons+. 4. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. @Joliver You'll need to add a time frame to these aspects of the contract (I.E Giving @Someb0dy $85,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of this contract.). You'll also need to add a clause to the contract that states @Someb0dy is applying for mayor within a timeframe. After these changes have been made, and @Someb0dy resigns the contract, I can then get to approving it.
