Those co-ordinates are for your Mayor town @jbertig. @Captian_LJ you need to have your own town for this application to be processed, you can't share a town with someone. Please can you update this application with the co-ordinates where your town will be located once you have placed the necessary posts.
That is taken too. I suggest you use /rg i <townname> to test to see if the name you want is taken. Don't forget that you have to do it in legacy and in rising.
