General Purpose of Contract:
I will buy [Mayor] for Kickyrules123 and Kickyrules123 will make their town where I ask Kickyrules123 and they will transfer the town ownership to me

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. I will do /pay Kickyrules123 85000 [The next time that we are both online after the contract is accepted]

1. Will apply for mayor with the money Samurai_N gave them [As soon they get the money that Samurai_N sends them]
2. Will make their town named Lebanon [When they make their mayor application]
3. Will make their town at the coordinates: [When they make their mayor application]

   3. Post C: X: -5,636 Y: 63 Z: 13,678

4. Will ask mayhem_madness and Samurai_N to allow the placement of Kickyrules123's town within 15 blocks of mayhem_madness and Samurai_N's towns: Furorem and Samurai [When they make their mayor application]
5. Will do /rg ao Lebanon Samurai_N [As soon as they become mayor]
6. Will do /rg ro Lebanon Kickyrules123 [As soon as they do /rg ao Lebanon Samurai_N]

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
