I will buy [Mayor] for Spangler17 and Spangler17 will make their town where I ask Spangler17 and they will transfer the town ownership to me and I will pay them a $15k cooperation fee.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. Will do /pay Spangler17 85000 [Within 24 hours of the contract's approval]
2. Will do /pay Spangler17 15000 [Within 24 hours of the transfer of the town]

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. Will apply for mayor with the money Samurai_N gave them [Within 24 hour of receiving the money]
2. Will make their town named Growtopia [When they make their mayor application]
3. Will make their town in the legacy world [When they make their mayor application]
   
4. Will make their town at the coordinates: [When they make their mayor application]

   2. Post B: X: -5,237 Y: 63 Z: 13,478
   3. Post C: X: -5,436 Y: 63 Z: 13,478
   4. Post D: X: -5,436 Y: 63 Z: 13,279
5. Will ask Samurai_N to allow the placement of Spangler17's town within 15 blocks of Samurai_N's towns: Lebanon, Taiwan, and Samurai [When they make their mayor application]
6. Will do /warp LS [Within 24 hours of becoming mayor]
   
7. Will do /rg ao growtopia Samurai_N [Right after they complete the "/warp LS" command]
8. Will do /rg ro growtopia Spangler17 [After they complete the "/rg ao..." command]
9. Will leave the town alone
