General Purpose of Contract:
I will pay King_J_K $9k so they can get [Resident] then I will get [Mayor] for King_J_K and King_J_K will make their town where I ask them to and I will give King_J_K $40k so they can apply for a PVP arena in their town and they will transfer the town ownership to me and pay back the 9k I loaned them at the beginning of this contract.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. Will do /pay King_J_K 9000 [Within 24 hours of the contract's approval]
2. Will do /pay King_J_K 85000 [Within 24 hours of King_J_K getting [resident]]
3. Will do /pay King_J_K 40000 [Within 24 hours of King_J_K getting[mayor]]

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

6. Will ask Samurai_N to allow the placement of King_J_K's town within 15 blocks of Samurai_N's towns: Lebanon, Taiwan, and Samurai [When they make their mayor application]
7. Will apply for a PVP arena the size of the whole town [Within 24 hours of becoming mayor]
8. Will do /warp LS [Within 24 hours of becoming mayor]
   
9. Will do /rg ao StreetFighter Samurai_N [Right after they complete the "/warp LS" command]
10. Will do /rg ro StreetFighter King_J_K [After they complete the "/rg ao..." command]
11. Will leave the town alone and work on paying back the $9k

 

@Samurai_N there are a few things that need to be changed before this can be approved.

First off, @King_J_K is already resident, so you can take out the parts saying that you will give him money for resident and such.
@King_J_K, you need to re agree after this change has been made using this format:
