IGN:@MAJOR_LENNIX Users Involved in this Contract: @EMD3000 General Purpose of Contract: Buying @EMD3000 mayor rank in exchange for the town. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @MAJOR_LENNIX, will pay @EMD3000 85k within 24 hours of contract approval given both players are online at the same time. @MAJOR_LENNIX will send @EMD3000 a forum pm, in which he will find the coord's of the town, as well as the town name that @MAJOR_LENNIX desires. This shall include whether the town is in rising or legacy. This will also be sent within 24 hours of contract approval. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @EMD3000 is to file a mayor app within 24 hours of receiving payment. I, @MAJOR_LENNIX will send the mayor application to @EMD3000 through forum pm, who will then submit the mayor application with the coordinates and etc, that @MAJOR_LENNIX supplied him with. @EMD3000 is to transfer ownership of the town to @MAJOR_LENNIX within 24 hours of the mayor app being accepted, and remove himself as owner. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
