Same as emd`s app there isn't approval needed as per our contract stating town is going to me anyway but I'm aproving it anyway

im not sure y we need zoning approval from cosmorigist wen virathrax is the one that owns the two towns there and they have been offline long enough that the /seen command says error player not found ..... just saying
@MAJOR_LENNIX We have always required the permission of the user who applied for the town to give zoning permission. Both users have been active on the forums in the last week. Its still up to them to give zoning permission.
