@nunimano Regardless of whether the owners of a town are inactive or not you still need to abide by the Zoning Laws. Unless you can contact both Original Owners of those nearby towns and get them to post their consent here you need to reset your posts so that the town placement will be 15 or more blocks from either town. You may move your posts and edit in new coords into your application as well.
@nunimano I still need some signs posted at the four corners where your coords are so I can know for sure where the town is to be placed. The signs need to have "Post A, Post B, Post C and Post D" on them.
