    This town already exists in Legacy, you will have to choose a different town name. You can use "/rg i -w rising" and "/rg i -w legacy" to see whether a town name is already taken.
    Those coordinates do not form a 200x200 town, and the listed coordinates don't match the actual post locations (post C and D, to be accurate).
