With your coords, I believe the town would be 201x201, correct me if I'm wrong. I think there should only be a 198 block distance between posts, not 199.
I have no idea what you mean @imSwag__ however you have 3 z coordinates with 12200. Congrats on mayor! Hit me up in game or forum if I can do anything for you (I try to be helpful).
I mean that in order to have a side length of 200 blocks for the town, the town posts have to be 12000, -> 12199 for example, not 12200. Sorry if its confusing.
@sethprower: This will need to be fixed; there must be two coordinates with 12000 and two with 12200. Please edit your post accordingly.
