No there are no towns. I did do /rg I to check and make sure in every area around my outline.​

First town, I was told easiest way to do it was to look at the cords, and then go 200 from the cords... so I'm hoping that it's correct. Yes, I did read the rules and instructions and was a little confused, but figured it out.​
