Additional information about your town:

My plan for the town is to make a large dock where people can pay money to fish for lets say 15 mins, and other people will be doing that as well at the same time. Then, when time is up, the person with the most (and best) fish wins more money. Please let me know if this is a problem, and if it is considered a pyramid scheme.​
