I approve of this being placed near baeville.
The original owner of birdville is iRazorCell. He has not been in game for 6 months. I cannot continue to build my farming nation the way I want unless I can get this town placed. I’m not gonna wait for him to become active again just so I can expand my nation. This is 100% my town. The only relation iRazorCell has to my town is that I bought his mayor in exchange for it. Like I said, I’m not gonna wait to expand my town just because the person I bought it from is now inactive. Thanks.

I've seen exceptions to this before... I'm not sure why it would be any different in my case.

Seems like a pretty outstanding case.. keep in mind that user was gone for a year and it hasn't been forever since @iRazorCell was last on. I hate the process though, and I hope you can somehow claim the town if you deem it worth it. Or at least get Razor to approve somehow

 

It doesn't really matter how outstanding the situation is. It's pretty much the same situation. The only difference is that in my case the town actually belongs to me by contract whereas in the other situation the original owner whose approval was needed for the town move was actually an owner in the town. iRazorCell gave away legal ownership to me when he signed the contract.
Why is the zoning law rule being bent for some people and not others? No matter the situation.

Please remember that I have 9 towns in my nation so far and most of them have needed approval from iRazorCell. Yes, he does get back to me eventually but I'm not interested in waiting months to place my towns anymore, especially if I can see other people not having to abide by the same rules.

 

I can't recall any time an exception has been made since I have been doing town apps for nearly a year and a half. At least not by me - nor should these have been made. Perhaps it was user error to whoever did it. And at this time it is too late to undo anything that may have accidentally been done.
