Madrid is already the name of an existing town. Please change this. I've checked this for you, and there actually isn't a town within 15 blocks. However for future reference, this is a town (claimed regions are towns) and you must get permission from any of the owners if the town is indeed within 15 blocks of your future town.
You'd probably want to forum PM them. But as I said, this is simply for future reference and doesn't apply to the town itself (as no towns are in 15 blocks of it). You still need to fix the town name, however.
Yes. Town names can't have spaces - Got to be together or seperated by an underscore. Once you decide on a valid name, please edit your original post to reflect this.
