I appreciate your kicking this back. However, if I understand correctly, those posts are placed correctly. This is supposed to be a 200x200 plot of land. Since the coords are inclusive, if you walk the blocks and count them, you'll see that it actually is a 200x200 area. Another way of looking at this is if you start at block 200, then the last block would be block 399 and not block 400.

Please check this again and talk to another mod if necessary. The math to do this correctly really is large coord - 199 to get the inclusive 200 blocks.
