Additional information about your town:

This town will not be flattened like most towns. This town will be for my main estate and storage for my mining. I will also offer several large estate pads to good builders or people I like, the town won't be 'for profit' (with the large farm) so much as just big homes and looking semi-conforming to the natural landscape.

Features a large mountain backing and water fall that I intend to landscape to make into the spawn area. I'll probably place castle like structures on the mountain and walls around the outside.​
