    1. Do /warp rs
2. Do /rg i <town-name>
  -  If it displays a region, you'll need to choose a new name. 
  -  Otherwise, if no region was found proceed to step 3.
3. Do /warp ls
4. Do /rg i <town-name>
  -  Perform these same checks just to make sure there is no town with your chosen town name.
    If you've made it past step 4, congrats! There is no town with your chosen town name. We can then make you a Mayor and hook you up with your new town :)
