I really recommend ajr for his building skills. He has built 2 of the most beautiful buildings on this server for me and almost everyone thinks they are awesome. The Imperial, which is one of the nicest hotels here was built by ajr. He is, in my opinion, the best builder on this server. However, I would not take a free mansion from him. He's done way to much for me. I'd have to pay him for his amazing works. Whoever wins the free mansions, you will definably be impressed. Btw ajr, I think its awesome that your doing this.

IGN: KMaxwell What style buildings you prefer (try to be as specific as possible): Modern Office Building, or similar, to be made of iron blocks. Why you think you deserve this: My plan for this building is to be a new HQ for my Freecycle and Manpower programs. I have the glass/glass panes and hopefully enough iron blocks to make this building with. I can make or obtain any material needed. The town, Kaida, is now cleared and ready for building!
IGN: jackaluss77 What style buildings you prefer (try to be as specific as possible): I would like a modern style house with wood planks, stone slab floors, with a basement for storage. And possibly a water fountain outside and lots of windows. Some other things: Fireplace, and T.V. Why you think you deserve this: I think I deserve this because I need an actual house to live in (right now I live in a square stone house, because i cant build), and I have the money to aquire any materials needed for this project.

Something that has lots of natural light. And don't worry about the furniture, I can do that myself. 3.)Why do you think you deserve this: To be honest I haven't known you very long like the other applicants, so I can't say that I've helped you out before. But I do my best help out new players and try to enforce simple rules like no spamming as often as I can without trying to take on the job of a moderator. I think of myself as friendly and helpful. I have given large amounts of food to builders who don't know how to vote. I even have helped people with learning how to use the different chats. And if I don't get the mansion, I understand, but I would keep doing these things anyways.

Why you think you deserve this: I think I deserve this because I own a town that will have Pre-Built homes. And, if I have this Mansion, it will make my town look awesome.

Big windows. Luxury. Having a nice house means everything in life to me. Why you think you deserve this: I'm poor. And even though I am a pretty good builder my town needs a town hall. It would be an awesome-honour if THE ajr000 built my town hall for NetherVille.

i never liked minerofcrafts but that is not my problem hes gone so my duty as co mayor of the town its in is to sell it or remove it and im choosing to sell it but im not gonna sell something mod made for me cause i respect ajr
