General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of building a mansion for @Sheep_mage for money upfront and payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @DiamondDesire agree to build an 100x100 approx. mansion for @Sheep_mage in his town Isabella by 01/01/2017
The cords of this build will be;
Post 1: x: 8327 y: 63 z: -13501
Post 2: x: 8227 y: 63 z: -13501
Post 3: x: 8327 y: 63 z: -13401
Post 4: x: 8227 y: 63 z: -13401

I, @DiamondDesire agree to supply materials for this build.

I, @DiamondDesire agree to set up signs for @Sheep_mage to pay the remaining debt to me at /warp gamble debt place.
The cords of the debt signs will be;

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Sheep_mage agrees to pay @DiamondDesire 800k upfront for this build within 24 hours of the contracts approval.

@Sheep_mage agrees to pay 200k in 4 weekly instalments of 50k per week.
Dates are as follows.

6th September 2016 - 50k
13th September 2016 - 50k
20th September 2016 - 50k
27th September 2016 - 50k

All to be paid at the /warp gamble debt place.

@Sheep_mage also agrees to pay an additional 100k when the build is completely finished in which he will be given a week from the build being finished to pay it off. (A in-game mail will be sent to @Sheep_mage and this will be used as evidence in a complaint that he was informed of the build being finished)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
